Unstuck Soul

You’re awake to the programming around us. But how much is still running inside you?

Awakening changes what you see. But it doesn’t always change how you live. You can see the manipulation clearly and still live according to what you were taught to fear, seek, avoid, and obey. You may want to live on your own terms, but wanting it is not the same as being able to do it.

So much of who we become is shaped by family, culture, school, religion, media, shame, and the need to belong. Even when you start seeing through it, the old programming can still control how you behave.

Through deep reflective conversation, I help you uncover what keeps that programming in place, so old conditioning no longer gets to decide how you live.

Sound familiar?

Patterns that keep awakening souls stuck.

Censoring yourself

You edit what you say before anyone else has the chance to reject it.

People-pleasing

You make choices based on other people’s comfort or approval instead of your own.

Overriding yourself

You feel the discomfort, resentment, or inner no, but keep pushing past it anyway.

Numbing

You use food, scrolling, busyness, or distraction to avoid what you don't want to feel.

Outsourcing authority

You wake up to one authority, then hand your power to another one that sounds more awake.

Holding back

You keep waiting, preparing, or retreating when life is asking you to move.

An iceberg showing the larger mass beneath the surface of the water

Your patterns have been protecting you.

If you recognize yourself in these patterns, you already know something needs to change. But knowing better does not always mean you do better. You can see the pattern, know exactly what it's costing you, and still end up doing the same thing again.

That doesn't mean you're lazy or weak or not trying hard enough. It means willpower is being asked to override something that was learned at a much deeper level.

Every one of these patterns made sense at some point. Censoring yourself may have kept you out of trouble. People-pleasing may have helped you belong. Numbing helped you cope. Holding back protected you from judgment or rejection you weren't ready to deal with.

All of this was you adapting to the world you found yourself in. But what helped you then may be getting in your way now.

Forcing yourself to act differently rarely works. Although the conscious mind wants to change, it’s the subconscious mind that has the power to make the change happen. By questioning the motive behind the pattern, the subconscious can find new ways to protect you without relying on the old response. Once that happens, you’re not fighting yourself. Your conscious mind and subconscious mind are finally on the same page.
